IT Support Technician
1. Position Title: IT Support Technician
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 annual (depending on experience)
Duties and Responsibilities
Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
Testing and fixing faulty equipment
Knowledge and Experience
Working knowledge of computer troubleshooting would be an advantage, supplementary training will be provided.
Track record of excellent Customer service
The multilingual ability would be an advantage

Customer Support Analyst
2. Position Title: Customer Support Analyst
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 annual (depending on experience)
Duties and Responsibilities
Analysing clients’ existing IT systems and business models
Identifying potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
Translating client requirements into specified project briefs
Presenting proposals to clients
Moving old networks across to new ones
Modifying or replacing systems
Working closely with colleagues, and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Providing training and user manuals to users of new systems
Keeping up-to-date with technical and industry developments
Knowledge and Experience
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure at the workplace would be an advantage, supplementary training will be provided.
Proven achievement in business development
Track record of excellent Customer service
The multilingual ability would be an advantage
